You need JavaScript enabled to view it (Please include your name and telephone number and we will contact you asap) ADVERTS All Advert copy shall be legal and comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other Codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority as required by current legislation. All adverts will appear in a similar format to other classified PSR website adverts. Please take time to look at other adverts for an example of how yours may look in layout. The times and prices are advertised online on the page relevant to your advert please take time to understand the pricing and time scale procedure. If unsure please email us before committing to payment. THE CONTRACT You as the advertiser in effect agree to PSR’s terms and conditions once clicking 'Submit Order. You automatically agree to a binding contract of advertising with PSR under the terms and conditions set out on this page once the order is accepted and the advert is advertised online. PSR reserves the right not to accept or process any orders for any reason. Orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer, paypal or any other such body. If your order is refused by PSR and payment has been made the payment will be refunded immediately. Reasons for refusal maybe inaccurate information, objectionable print, lack of relevant information, problems with payment system. REFUND No refund will be given once an advert has been accepted, and advertised on the PSR website. In the event of an advert not appearing in the website for the defined period PSR shall, at our discretion, be limited either to rescheduling of the advert or refunding all or part of the cost. ADVANCED BOOKINGS CANCELLATION Any cancellation of an advanced booking may be made within 24hrs of the advert appearing. PSR will charge a 20% cancellation charge. ACCURACY PSR can give no warranty and makes no representation as to the truth, accuracy or sufficiency of any advertisement made by our advertisers or any description, photograph or statement made by them therein. OTHER LIABILITY All other liabilities will be excluded by PSR as permitted within the law to include damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence to include all PSR’s agents or employees. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. PAYMENT All payments will be made through the paypal system. Please take care to fully understand how paypal’s terms and conditions work. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or rely upon any provision of them. UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION PSR will not be liable to any of our customers for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when placing an order unless any member of PSR’s staff have been negligent or fraudulent. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use. PHOTOGRAPHIC AND TEXT COPYRIGHT Advertising customers are responsible for obtaining copy right clearance for the publication of photographs and text. Advertisers hereby indemnify PSR in relation to any claims of copyright in relations to such photographs or text. |
